"They weren’t there when I needed them. I was recently in an accident with another driver also insured by them. They took more than two weeks to determine fault, that’s two full weeks that I wasn’t able to have a rental, use my car, or even put it into a body shop. The claim agent refused to take a witness statement even though a witness tried to contact them repeatedly, day after day, for more than a week after the accident, and said that it was a waste of his time to do his job. This caused the whole process to take more than two months to resolve, which is unacceptable. Adjusted rating because my agent called and apologized for my bad experience, said they would look into why the claims process was so difficult to navigate."
